Low Fat Weight Watcher Friendly Bean Dip

This is basically spiced up low fat or non fat refried beans. I love refried beans but avoid them because of the fat and calories, But discovered a new version after learning that on weight watchers that beans are free points


1- 15 oz can of Pinto beans or other favorite beans (you may use as large of a can as you like, just adjust the remaining ingredients accordingly)

1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Pinch cayenne or more if desired
1 tsp salt (not necessary if on diet restriction)
A few grinds of black pepper
1-2 tsp olive oil OR water for non-fat version

Rinae and drain beans (impotant if avoiding salt)  Place beans in food processor, Pulse till chopped up, pour remaning ingredients into food  processor, process until smooth and creamy.  This dip may be heated if preferred.  Note: do not add too much water or it will be too watery. Serve with any variety of fresh veggies, crackers or chips, try Jicama or radishes also you may top this dip with some low- fat Mexican or other favorite cheese and gently warm in microwave or under broiler
