low fat zucchini, mushroom, and cauliflower chips

This chips turn out crisp and good with just a spray or 2 of cooking spray

you may make these chips with any or all of the veggies or any combination  the directions are pretty much the same for all of the it just varies for the cutting

1 medium zucchini, or 1/3 or so of a head of cauliflower, 6-8 medium mushrooms (cremini or button)

1 med egg
1 tsp water
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 tesp paprika

pinch salt and pepper

Cooking spray

alumiun foil
small cookie sheet

Rinse and dry well veg of choice slice the zucchini and mushrooms into1/3 inch slices, trim cauliflower and take each flower and carefully slice thinly, dio each piece into flour, the egg, and very quickly and gently into bread crumbs ( try to not over use bread crumbs and flour because of high points!),Place piece of foil unto sheet pan and spray,  Place veggies individually onto foil, spray gently but thoughly (remembering 5 sprays is zero points) Pace in 375 degree oven an bake for 10 or so minutes on eachsside. they should be brown on the bottom,, let cool. Can be served with marinara sauce.  Note for fun and extra points you may add grated parnesan cheese to bread crumbs just a few tsp.Also yu may add cayenne or chili pepper flakes to bread crumbs for heat and no extra points
