Hummus Turkey pita

This is a sandwich my sister and I came up with the following weight watchers

Ingredients

Two slices of deli turkey meat
2 tablespoons prepared hummus
A quarter cup of shredded carrots
Quarter cup of baby spinach leaves
tablespoon or so of sliced red onion
Two slices red ripe tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
An optional shredded low-fat cheese like Swiss
One pita bread

Warm pita bread in microwave oven for about 30 seconds open pita to spread with hummus place remaining ingredients in pita and serve this is good with a side salad
